I have been making wines for Hollydene Estate for many years now. I can whole heartedly say the team at UCS using the Pellenc is going to increase the quality of their wines to a new level. The MOG is virtually non-existent meaning quicker to the press and no tannins from leaf or cane. Also, I’ve not had to press near as hard this year to extract the juice, again, meaning less intrusive flavours from the process. As a wine maker I would 100% endorse the use of the Pellenc to harvest your grapes. I see no reasons why anyone shouldn’t be?!
