UCR has extensive experience in a full range of civil construction services with a fleet of modern plant and machinery. Our multi-skilled plant operators are the point of difference having final trim, GPS and UTS experience. Through a strong commitment to quality and safety, we maintain exceptional client and worker relationships.
Our civil team have extensive experience delivering rail maintenance and construction projects throughout NSW including track construction works and track reconditioning. Our plant operators are all Rail Industry Worker cardholders with current inductions and site access.
United Civil Resources has been appointed the Principal Mining Contractor at New Wilkie Energy. New Wilkie Energy Pty Ltd (NWE) is an Australian owned company who recently acquired the Wilkie Creek mine. Mining operation commenced in early 2022. The mine is situated 45km west of the Dalby township and will produce thermal coal for the export market.
UCR will deliver a broad range of projects onsite at NWE open cut coal mine, carrying out all major earthworks, road development, drainage, hardstand areas and CHPP development.
UCR’s mining services include Mine Infrastructure Works, Contract Mining and Load & Haul.

We have access to an extensive range of machinery to cater for all needs and have great relationships with external equipment providers if you require a piece of machinery or an attachment not in our fleet, we can source it. Our civil, management and technical teams have been with the company for many years and this continuity has given us a far stronger management team than is normally found in our industry today, allowing us to consistently deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
